1995 - 2011 Computer skills teacher / SEO / Search engine marketing / Online marketing / Offline marketing / Website designer.
After gaining a city and guilds qualification at night school to teach computer skills, I provided private tuition to individuals and companies for courses covering various basic computer skills involving most of the mainstream Microsoft products: Excel (spreadsheets), Word, Publisher, Outlook and Access (databases).

In the year 2002, after intensive study for many years of search engine marketing, while continuing with teaching the computer skills, I also represented a vast range of clients regarding enhancing their search engine optimisation and ensured that they significantly improved their listings on all the main search engines. This then meant that they received far more website visits and ultimately generated more profits for them.

My ongoing, regular, up-to-the-minute research and study ensures that my work enables companies to have higher rankings within the search engines, so that over 9 years, I have helped 100’s of companies to gain first page rankings on the search engines. Two recent successes were to help a website to gain first place out of over 28 million and another website to gain first place out of over 55 million.

During this time, I have also been heavily involved with email marketing, email design and email delivery, to ensure the maximum chance of emails getting through the email filters of the major email providers/programmes, online and offline marketing, website designing and website maintenance, using various programming languages, including CSS, HTML, Javascript, PHP, etc, etc.

Have also used Adobe Photoshop for still and animated images. I am fully experienced with FTP programmes, hosting services, crons and cPanels. Have some knowledge of SQL databases and am always willing to learn further with any subject.

Duration of work required - Part time, either temporary, contract or permanent. Ideally, 9-5 Wednesday to Friday

Salary required - On or above £18,000pa (pro rata)

Desired location - Horsham or anywhere within 10 miles of Horsham
